Welcome to Connect & Collabs ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our Instagram integration tools (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By connecting your Instagram account to our Service, you confirm that you have the authority to bind the account owner to these Terms and that you agree to abide by them. You also agree to comply with Meta's and Instagram's terms of service and community guidelines.

2. Service Description

Our Service allows users with Instagram Professional or Creator accounts to manage direct messages, view insights, and automate certain interactions through our dashboard. The Service acts as a bridge between your Instagram account and our platform using the official Meta Graph API.

3. User Obligations

When using our Service, you agree that you will not:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright or privacy laws).
  • Use the automated features to spam, harass, or mislead other Instagram users.
  • Attempt to hack, destabilize, or adapt the Service.

4. Account Access and Security

To use the Service, you must grant us specific permissions via the Instagram OAuth flow. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Instagram account. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials or from unauthorized access to your account.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, particularly if we suspect you have violated these Terms, Meta's policies, or engaged in abusive behavior. You may also terminate your use of the Service at any time by disconnecting your account from our platform and removing the app from your Instagram Business integrations.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. In no event shall Connect & Collabs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service or your inability to use it.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
